To spread the cost of ownership with no capital outlay we offer a rental scheme. An example is M-Files document management that can be had at £15 per month per user based on a three year commitment. At any point in the contract term you can convert to a purchase if that makes sense or you can simply continue to rent.

DOCUMENT CONVERSION:

Image of document conversionWe offer a service based on PDFCompressor where you send us files and we return them as text searchable PDFs compressed for improved performance. £15 per month allows for up to 1,000 page conversions with 2,000 for £25 and 5,000 for £50.

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE:

Fully managed services imageFor those organisations that want to get on with their business and not worry about the technology. Our fully managed cloud service allows you to do just this for a fixed monthly fee of £25 per user.

For that you get a feature rich document management system, unlimited usage, space and Internet bandwidth. We look after the infrastructure, the software configuration and on-going administration. The only other charge would be if you asked us to provide some additional professional services.

IManaged Services imagef you wish to share some of your documents with others then you can purchase read-only licences at £5 per month or if you have a larger number you can have unlimited read-only access at £100 per month.

For an extra £5 per user per month you can subscribe to our conversion and compression service based on the PDFCompressor software which will make access to your files faster.
